The Folks at Noopl are the best!
I bought my Noopl about the same time I was getting new Beltone hearing aids. I just could not get the new hearing aids to connect with my Noopl. I had a couple of Zoom calls with Paul C at customer support for Noopl. While I was getting frustrated, Paul kept reminding me we would figure it out. Well, we had another Zoom call this morning, and as Paul told me, “we figured it out!”
I could not be happier - I have already sent my older brother an email as he wanted to know how it worked - and told him Noopl is the real deal.
