Beats Fit Pro Offers Pro-Level Compatibility & Performance with Noopl

After a round of rigorous testing, we are very excited to announce that Noopl users now have another option for compatible earbuds. (And just in time for the holidays!) Before now, Noopl only worked with AirPods Pro, but we’ve found that it also delivers a first-rate performance with the new Beats Fit Pro, which was officially introduced last week from Apple’s subsidiary audio company, Beats. While we will walk you through some of the differences between AirPods Pro and Beats Fit Pro, the takeaway is that both use Apple’s H1 chip that enables dynamic head tracking, so either is an ideal pairing with Noopl*.

A Few Notable Similarities Between Beats Fit Pro and AirPods Pro

Noise Canceling & Transparency Mode / Both these modes—one sealing out ambient sound and the other letting it in—are the same as or very close to the performance of AirPods Pro.

Sound Quality / With custom 9.5mm drivers, Beats Fit Pro’s sound quality is just as good as, if not better than, AirPods Pro’s.

Hey, Siri / As with AirPods, Siri is always on and ready to control volume or perform other commands for Beats Fit Pro users.

Splash-Resistance / Both AirPods Pro and Beats Fit Pro are IPX4 water-resistant.

Lightweight / Each AirPods Pro weighs 5.4 grams while Beats Fit Pro is a comparable 5.6 grams.

A Few Notable Differences Between Beats Fit Pro and AirPods Pro

Fit / Beats Fit Pro has an integrated, one-size-fits-all “wingtip” that fits inside the fold of the outer ear and has received positive reviews for comfort and security. Both AirPods and Beats Fit Pro come with three sizes of ear tips for a good fit inside the ear canal.

Battery Life / Beats Fit Pro’s battery life is rated at up to 6 hours with noise canceling on and 7 hours with it off at moderate volume levels. AirPods Pro, by comparison, is rated at 4.5 hours with noise canceling on and 5 with it off.

Colors / While AirPods Pro only comes in white, Beat Fits Pro is available in white, black, lavender and gray.

Case & Charging / The Beats Fit Pro case is slightly bulkier than AirPods Pros and charges via USB-C, not Lightning. It does not have the wireless or MagSafe charging found in AirPods Pro cases.

Find My Feature / Beats Fit Pro does not yet have the enhanced Find My feature with proximity view that allows you to locate your AirPods within a few feet of where you left them. They do have standard Find My, with a plan to add enhanced Find My and other enhancements in a future firmware update.

*A note regarding Beats Fit Pro & Noopl: Since Beats Fit Pro is newly released, there is not yet an option for selecting Beats Fit Pro on our Listen app, which we plan to update soon. In the meantime, a Noopl user would just choose the AirPods Pro option at setup.

Noopl makes a great holiday gift—or an early one if your loved one wants in on the conversation at Thanksgiving! Now they have two choices for compatible earbuds, making Noopl even more flexible and accessible. See our Early Bird Holiday Gift Guide for other holiday gift ideas.
